As a contributor, your confidential tax-deductible donation supports our programs and services. The areas listed below are designated patient programs where you can make a gift designation:

•  Alzheimer's Program: specializes in care and housing tailored to the special
   needs of individuals with Alzheimer's.
•  Auxiliary: provides volunteers and fund raising support for Trinity hospitals    and clinics.
•  Camp Discovery: a unique healing approach for children suffering from the
   death of a loved one.
•  CancerCare Center: dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of    cancer patients.
•  CancerCare Cottage: offers a place for cancer patients to stay while receiving    treatment at the CancerCare Center.
•  Cancer Exercise Rehab Program: dedicated to keeping our cancer patients    healthy and strong.
•  Compassionate Friends: support for families grieving the loss of a child.
•  Diabetes Program: deducated ti assust individuals to effectively manage their    diabetes.
•  Emergency/Trauma Center: rated as the highest level of care, the trauma    center provides 24 hour emergency care.
•  Family Birth Center: a new birth center that will offer comforts of home
   with the latest medical technology in maternal and neonatal care.
•  Guest House: comfortable home for critically ill patients' family members to    stay while their loved one is in the hospital.
•  Heart Program: regional center for open heart surgery, angioplasty and
   cardiac rehabilitation.
•  Home Health: care for those not requiring hospitalization while encouraging
   independence.
•  Hospice: provides care and support to terminally ill patients and their families.
•  Joint Replacement: specialized unit dedicated to maximize joint replacement    care.
•  Kidney Dialysis: dedicated to providing kidney dialysis treatment.
•  Legacy of Excellence: committed to excelling in quality health care needs and
   services.
•  Pastoral Care: designed to meet the spiritual needs of patients, staff and the
   community.
•  Trinity Homes: dedicated to providing the highest quality of nursing care to it's
   residents.
•  THSN Alumni Endowment: support for nursing education in honor of the
   alumni of Trinity's School of Nursing.
•  Other: any other designated program or service
